A. At LV Academy, All available courses are taught online. Once you sign up and subscribe for a particular course. You will be given access to course contents (Pre-recorded) and your personal tutor will be readily available to put you through, give you assignments, fix live classes, answer all your questions and also guide you through the process of practicing what you’ve learnt and setting up your own business.

Q. WHAT IS THE PRICES OF COURSES AT LV ACADEMY?
A. At LV Academy, The price for courses ranges from 20,000 – 50,000 Naira depending on the courses involved.
Q. ARE THE CLASSES ONLINE OR OFFLINE?
A. All course are taken online because LV Academy is an e-learning academy. You get to learn all the courses within the comfort of your home.
Q. CAN THE VIDEOS OF THE COURSES BE DOWNLOADED TO BE WATCHED LATER?
A. No, It cannot be downloaded but your videos are always available on your dashboard in the website and it can be watched as many times as possible.
Q. WHO WILL I ASK A QUESTION IF I DON’T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING ON THE WEBSITE?
A. If you are not a student, you can contact either the Whatsapp support on the bottom left corner of the website or the website support on bottom right corner of the website. If you’re already a LV Academy student, you can chat your tutor directly from your dashboard.
Q. HOW DO I ACCESS THE TUTOR FOR MY COURSES?
A. Once you subscribe for a particular course. You automatically have access to your tutor within your dashboard. You can call or text your tutor and he/she will respond to all your questions anytime.
Q. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE COURSES AT LV ACADEMY?
A. There is no age limit. Most of the courses at LV Academy are for everyone of different ages both young and old.
Q. ARE THERE OPPORTUNITIES FOR AFFILIATES/STUDENTS TO MAKE MONEY AT LV ACADEMY?
A. Yes. There is an affiliate program at LV Academy. There are also prizes to win for hitting targets.

Q. MUST I BUY A COURSE BEFORE I CAN REFER?
A. No, Once you sign up on the website. Go to your profile, you will see your referral link copy it and send to anyone you want to refer.
Q. HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORKS?
A. Once you send your referral link to your referrals. Make sure they click on the link and use it to register/sign with LV Academy. Anytime they buy/subscribe to a course at LV Academy. You will get 10% bonus off the cost of every course they buy/purchase/subscribe to.
Q. HOW DOES WITHDRAWAL OF REFERRAL BONUSES WORK?
A. There is no timeframe for an affiliate to withdraw his referral bonus as you can withdraw your referral bonus anytime directly to your bank account and the minimum withdrawal is 10,000 naira. Simply login, click your profile and place withdrawal.
Q. WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE ON COMPLETION OF EVERY COURSE I TAKE?
A. Yes. You will get a certificate on completion of any course you take.
Q. HOW RECOGNIZED IS THE CERTIFICATES GOTTEN AT LV ACADEMY?
A. Your LV Academy certificate is valid and recognized anywhere in the world as LV Academy has been registered with the right authorities.
Q. IS THERE AN EXPIRY TO MY STUDENTSHIP AT LV ACADEMY?
A. No, There is no expiry date once you subscribe/buy a course. You can complete your course and get your certificates anytime you are done. There is No time limit. Your courses do not expire.
Q. HOW LONG DOES A PARTICULAR COURSE LAST?
A. It depends on your flexibility and availability. There is no time limit for how long a course last as you’re in complete control of your classes.
Q. HOW MANY COURSES CAN I TAKE AT ONCE?
A. There is no limits to how many courses you can take at LV Academy. You can take as many courses as possible depending on the ones you want to learn.
Q. IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
A. There is no refund at LV Academy. Payments for courses cannot be refunded.
Q. CAN I PAY INSTALLMENTALLY FOR A COURSE?
A. Yes, You Can but you will not have access to the course until you complete payments for the course.
Q. HOW MANY WEEKS/MONTHS DOES A COURSE LAST FOR?
A. LV Academy courses are very flexible and as such it does not have a timeframe it lasts for. It all depends on how flexible you are as the students. Your course contents and tutors are always available at all times.
Q. ARE ALL COURSE LIVE LECTURES EVERYDAY?
A. No, Most of the Course contents are pre-recorded but you and your tutor can fix a live class when necessary to ask questions and get answers or practice what you have learnt.
Q. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE TIME DURING THE DAY, CAN I STILL LEARN AT NIGHT?
A. Once you subscribe for a particular course, Your course contents/classes are always available to you anytime you want to learn and you can ask your tutor questions directly from your dashboard.
Q. FOR COURSES THAT REQUIRES PRACTICALS, WILL THERE BE PRACTICALS?
A. Yes there is. It can be fixed between you and your tutor depending on your availability.
Q. CAN SOMEONE CONTINUE FROM WHERE THEY STOPPED EVEN AFTER 6 MONTHS?
A. Yes you can. Your courses are available on your dashboard for life.
Q. IF I HAVE PASSWORD OR PAYMENT ISSUES. HOW WILL I GET IT RECTIFIED ?

Q. ARE THERE ANY QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED BEFORE I CAN SUBSCRIBE FOR A COURSE?
A. No. You don’t require any qualifications needed before you can subscribe for a course.
Q. ARE THE CLASSES TOTALLY ONLINE?
A. Yes, All Classes are totally taken online. There is no offline classes.
Q. DO I NEED ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE MONEY AFTER TAKING SOME OF THE COURSES?
A. Not necessarily because most of the courses are taught from basics the advanced stage such that you can stand on your own.
Q. HOW DOES THE MENTORSHIP BENEFIT WORKS?
A. Once you’ve completed a course, you are automatically under direct mentorship of your tutor till you can stand well on your own.
Q. IF I MISPLACE MY PHONE OR LAPTOP, CAN I GET ACCESS TO MY COURSE WHEN I GET A NEW ONE ?
A. Yes as long as you still remember your login details. You can have access to your courses on any devices and as many devices as possible.Q. ARE ALL 32 COURSES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE?
A. No, Only 20 of the 32 courses are currently available. Others will be added subsequently within the first quarter of 2022.Q. CAN I ALSO BE AN INSTRUCTOR AT LV ACADEMY?
A. Yes, You can be an instructor at LV Academy if you have a course that’s not on LV Academy and you feel you can teach it well. Simply Sign up on the LV Academy website and fill the Become an Instructor Form with all necessary details and contact info. It will be checked and once approved. You will become an Instructor with LV Academy.
